They were kind, professional, took time to answer my questions and educated me. Cost was reasonable, service excellent and everything in a timely manner. Super knowledgeable, friendly in the typical network geek kinda way, almost like a blast from the past, but don't let their outdated website fool you! These guys are on top of their game and will give you practical advice and awesome customer service. They have no problem explaining technical issues, even if you don't speak computer at all.
