I wouldn’t use these people. Before installing my water heater the guy dropped it outside and then claimed it never fell. But I have the video from my camera. Not to mention the water heater is dented and has red scratches from hitting the brick of my home. They installed my water heater and left tons of insulation in between the drain pan and water heater. THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD. They also didn’t add the insulation to the lines properly. They removed a valve to my water heater that would allow the water to be cutoff to my home in case the water heater went out. Ian & Lee came out to replace our water heater through AHS. They were very professional, friendly, and prompt. They answered all my questions and were very upfront on the additional charges that were not covered by AHS. Highly recommend!!!
Great professional team. Water heater adjustment completed in a timely manner with all questions answered. Clean up after service was very good. Feel like I got the bang for my buck. Thanks Mr. Rooter team.
