I hung on to Village Medical because of my doctor there, but no more. It's been one big pain after another, and I have enough health problems without having to add any more to the list. And this has been coming from a health facility! There is no way to get a hold of them, even after you have just had an appointment! They make sure of that. Ever since it went to Village Medical. If you call, they say they'll mark it urgent, but they tell you then it might take 2 or 3 days to get an answer. If you email on their website, same thing! No other clinic I go to does that. And not to mention the billing office! Instead of notifying Medicare that I paid on my deductible there in January, they didn't send it to them! I have called Medicare repeatedly, and they tell me that I need to tell them that they never got the information. I have been contacting Village Medical for months now, and still no refund on my deductible! I'm through, found another doctor and made an appointment with him. You can be sure it wasn't with Village Medical.

They never sent in my prescription. So I had to spend another night in pain with a fever and severe cough. Nobody to help fix their mistake. Like what was the point in going to the doctor then? Now I'll have to do a telemedicine situation and cost me more money. Is zero stars an option?

It used to be great with personal service when it was Clear Creek Clinic; but when Village Medical took over, service is terrible. They schedule for days when my doctor isn't there. They changed the time without notifying me. They say, "Use the patient portal to contact your physician," but there is a technical glitch in it (no way to choose a location), so it won't let me send it. Find a different place. I hope the good doctors there also find a better place.
