Our daughter recently moved from Tx to San Miguel de Allende. We used Zoomalo for her move. Zoomalo staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. David Lach patiently answered all of our questions and concerns and was very personable and responsive. Everything arrived in great condition and we really appreciated the care that they provided for all of her things. We highly recommend Zoomalo if you plan to move to or from Mx to the US. Everything from the packing, to their customer service, to honoring quirky personal requests, to a timely and safe delivery and their super-reasonable pricing- at every stage they really surpassed our hopes and expectations. I used another service for my move from Mexico to the USA but I met David Lach at customs.I had some issues at customs and David was a huge source of information.The company I used only sent 1 guy across the border and I had an 8'x11' truck packed completely full to transfer to a U.S. based trucking company. David hopped on his phone and found a couple of his guys that were available to help me out. Jerry was efficient and knowledgeable on how to pack and stack to minimize space.
