Thank you Rey and Martin and even the supervisor Jorge for coming out to check on our warranty claim and to see what’s going on and what the issue is. They checked everything to see what the issue was from the attic to then damage part. They came and double checked and followed up on the claim they did not leave us forgotten or put to the side and gave us advice on how to fix things. They were nice and caring and friendly. I know they were on top of everything to make sure the issue won’t happen again m.
