Pre loaded trailers make sure to have a PU # , checked in before lunch, and got luckily called before lunch! In and out within 2 hours, pleasant experience, good load. Good shipping clerk, fast loading once in position loaders will load how you want it.

Got there at 8 am left at 10:20qm started off loading 1hr after I got there for my 8 am approved. Not as bad to back into the dock as some have made it out to be. If the staff was personable I would have gave 1 more star.

You arrive and park on the street, then you go to the booth and ask the guard, the guard lets you pass and you go to the window and there they tell you which doors you are going to put it in for unloading, or you leave it in the yard.
