Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with St Jude. When you have a patient under hospice, services should be second to none. This means taking more than just vital signs and not be quick to jet out the door; showing up to work with enthusiasm as opposed to showing that you are going through the motions, and having a rapport with the doctor who is assigned to the patient are examples of what family members want to see since they are now the voice of the patient. Had excellent service and attention from Billy and the staff towards my Uncle Jose Acosta. He was very considerate and caring during our most difficult time. We appreciate all their attention and service.... thanks ... I would recommend the Home Health Service to everyone.
