If I could give a rating of zero, I would. The fact that they would take money and not be able to refund even a partial part of the service when they DID NOT catch a single mouse is Absurd! You have to pay money upfront, with no guarantee that you even have mice... Worst experience I ever had. This was for my grandma and they didn't even want to hear any of my concerns. They just got their money and set up traps. That's it. You might as well set traps on your own at that point and save your $450! Absolutely do not recommend.

Still waiting on a call back. After calling the main line and the business line. They just keep promising to call back while my yard keeps getting more infested with black widows.

I tried two times to solicit their services and they didn't call me to set up an appointment. Probably they don't want my money or they don't have an office in Laredo. Not going to try a third time with this company
