I was hesitant to try this place because of the reviews on here, but I'm glad I tried it. My son needed four patches switched out on his military uniform. We walked in on a Saturday and asked how long it would take since he would fly out the following weekend. They assured me they would have it ready by Wednesday. This was perfect since we still needed it dry cleaned after that. On Wednesday, they called to ask if we could pick it up after 5 since they were backed up. That concerned me, but I showed up at 5, and it was ready! I thought it was nice of them to call and let us know it would be later saving us a possible double trip. His insignia looked great!
