Laredo Eye Institute has a good wait time and friendly doctors. The optical services are easy and quick, and doctors are nice to work with. However, the interior space is outdated, with exposed wires and messy paperwork. Despite this, patients praise Dr. Montoya and Dr. Barbara Montoya for their excellent care, thorough explanations, and patience. They are recommended and would return for eye health needs.
Minimal wait, professional staff very knowledgeable, Eye tech(Annette)was very caring and courteous. Dr. Performed her procedure flawlessly. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in need of eye care.
I loved that wait time was very good! Optical as easy and quick and Doctor very nice to work with.
I wish the interior space was more updated. It’s a very outdated decor and needs an overhaul. Exposed wires look so bad and reception station is too exposed. All the paperwork looks so messy. I really did not feel like I was in a doctors office in the United States. Waiting rooms are really terrible. Please have someone help you out with this. I’d be happy to draw up a plan for you.
Dr. Montoya has been seeing me for a variety of eye issues and she has been absolutely wonderful. She explains everything thoroughly, provides samples if she has them (which saves me money) and is as nice snd patient as she can be.
