When I initially started working with this dealership things seemed to be going well. However, once I arrived at the dealership I was given the run around. There was no communication and it was after waiting for about 2 hours that the finance manager came up to me and asked if I had been helped or if everything was okay. I had apparently been forgotten. I already had an approval. However, the dealership submitted information for the car that I had indicated I was no longer interested in. No one seemed to know what was going on. I was quoted a very high monthly payment and kept being given a whole bunch of excuses from the employees I was working with. The following day, I negotiated a deal with a dealership in Boerne over the phone and managed to get more for my trade and a lower monthly payment for a better vehicle than what Hyundai was offering. Lesson learned. I highly recommend shopping around out of town. This dealership used bait and switch sales tactics and clearly do not value their potential customers.

Bad customer service, wouldn't recommend this not even to my worst enemy. They look for their own benefit

Palisade not worth it. Horrible. Had so many problems with in 2 days of getting it. Dealership didn’t care n the 1800# didn’t do much. Didn’t even last 7mths with it. Didn’t feel safe in it n I tripped and fell due to the weather trim being loose n part never came in. Dealership didn’t care &1800 didn’t care either. Had to trade in due to so many different issues in 7 mths. Had5-6 different issues in just 7mths. Would not recommend at all. Horrible service. Also a sales manager is very condescending when you bring up concerns. You set up appt with gm n he was not even aware n then they said he was not available when I had set up an “appointment” with him. Noone ever really calls or replies. Honestly not worth it.
