Bought an ítem online with a gift card, could not complete the transaction, but nevertheless the Express system kept the money from the gift card.IMPOSSIBLE to get through the 1-800 number to solve the issue. Express kept my money!!Very disappointing.

the people there are really nice and helpful. found two nice collar shirts in the discount rack with an additional 20% off. I paid 40$ which to me feels like a good deal, those two shirts look pretty sweet ; )
