Mari Perez is my renter agent and this is the worst experience I've ever had! My ac went out last Friday. She said would take 3 days. That was 5 days ago it's been 8 days and I'm still without ac and there's kids in the house. Garage door guy took a week to come. Came on a Sunday in dress clothes and did absolutley nothing. He didn't even know what error code was. This agent is unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate of her clients. I can't even leave a review on her page I wonder why. Avoid her at all cost. BYER BEWAREUPDATE: It took 12days total for ac to be repaired and it was just the fan that went. This was a typical case of greed where just to save a buck...read full review
