I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my nephews funeral, we are very satisfied they were beautiful and the price was good, I want to thank Carmin's flower shop staff, they are very helpful and very kind.. Carmin’s flower shop is amazing. I called from Houston Tx, and they have Great customer service ! It was so easy to place the order ! The person that helped me responded so fast and didn’t ghost me like others. They had exactly what I was looking for. I was so happy with the outcome of the bouquet, my mom loved it! I shared with them a picture of what I wanted and it was exactly the same. I will definitely be ordering more flowers from Carmins. Prices are great, flowers were beautiful, and customers service was amazing ?
Today was a special day, my Mom's 73th birthday. I wasn't able to be there but they brought a smile, This place was beyond exceptional in customer service, very polite , knowledgeable, flexible, and professional. The cake is good, and Their candles smell so good that my Mom loved them. Their website was very helpful as well. They created a relationship as a go-to business right away when it comes to details and for events in the future, Thank you, Mr. Angel.
