Had a rush order to get six items cleaned and pressed and they were up to the task. Got our items to us in plenty of time and the service was excellent, very friendly woman assisted me. Will definitely use again.

I went in to pick up my dads pair of jeans she charged me then proceeds to look for the jeans and fails to find them and asks what brand then i tell her and she brings out a pair of jeans so i see the brand and size (35x36) and i show up home and i show my dad he says its the wrong pants so he calls and they say they match the description i gave them and they cant do anything about it so now im stuck 50$ jeans and mine were 90$ plus shipping .isn’t that why they put tags on the clothes????

Just the absolute worst service in Laredo. They break buttons on all of my shirts, then charge $3 per button to repair. They claim it is normal wear and tear to brand new shirts! Now they no longer honor next day service, and cannot even complete the service in 5 days. Make you wait while they do the work. Took my dirty pants back, and they refused to refund. Find somewhere else to take your clothing!
