The lady that did my nails and my daughters nails was very nice to both me and my daughter. She did cut the side of my finger but I get accidents happen. She did do a good job with our nails, no complaints there. Unfortunately though I will not go back to this place. I got a manicure done for me and my seven-year-old daughter and I paid more than I would have at almost any other place in Laredo including higher end salons like Studio 55. In fact after leaving here I looked up cost for what we had done exactly and every other place charged at least $10 less per manicure than what they charged me here. With as many nail salons as there are here in Laredo, don't waste your time here find, someplace else.

Service is just awesome! The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I bought a gift certificate for my daughter's birthday and I included the tip for the service and at the time of payment they told her and me, that the tip was for the person who sold me the gift certificate!! I don't understand why is that??? I mean , I included the tip so that my daughter didn't have to pay anything. Anyway, I don't think that was right.

I am from San Antonio and came to visit Family and had no time to get my mani pedi done back home. Let my start with as soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile by the manager. I’ve been doing my nails for a few decades and had the best experience ever! When the manager was done with my mani, she sent me to Diane who continued the great friendly customer service. Diane Did am amazing job on my Pedi!!
