When searching for our forever home, we knew two things were non-negotiable — an open concept layout and tons of natural light. We were originally going with another builder, but the only real natural light came from the living room windows. Something kept telling me to look into UBH before making our final decision, and I’m so thankful we followed that gut feeling. We chose the Briarwood floor plan, but customized it by flipping the dining room and kitchen, which completely transformed the home into the bright, open space we had always dreamed of. From start to finish, the UBH team made the process smooth and exciting.
