The worst customer service here at this store. Can't find anyone to help and the manager have no clue how to do there job

As a Journeyman Plumber in the State of Texas. I came into Home Depot looking for help in putting together an ice maker water line connecting to the existing cold water side. Your associate Mr. James went above and beyond the call of duty. He not only located the parts and explained in such detail very quickly on how this could be put together. This communication and action made my experience at Home Depot the most pleasant in my seven years as a plumber. Thank you Mr. James I hope somehow this gets to you. More power more doing Home Depot

If I could give this store a NEGATIVE ZERO I would!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE! I cant even explain it no better! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible Service! Been on the phone w/them for HOURS! & still no delivery today as scheduled!!! Requested a Supervisor TWICE & STILL on hold for one now as we speak! I just went ahead & cancelled the entire order! Do NOT order from Home Depot! I repeat, Do Not! Just go elsewhere! Anywhere else is better than what we had to deal with!

In store for 30 min could not find a single employee to help me so i left. Not even any emoyees at the registers. All self checkout. Almost as if the emoyees open the store and then raced to the back before any customers saw them. I was in the garden, main store and lumber area. Not a single employee to be spotted.

I was trying to find certain electrical items & actually called the store requesting help on specific aisle. I called 4 times & no one showed up to aisle to assist. I finally went to the return desk for number 5 request for help. The one saving grace that gave one star to rank was a young lady who took time to look item on computer to get the location. She actually walked with me & found the item. I really appreciated this extra action which should have occurred after my second phone call & shorten my time of searching from an hour to 30 minutes or less. Customer service is major. Management is reflective of the quality.
