The staff is friendly and professional all costs are clearly stated and the dentist does good work I had one of the best dental experiences at this office I recommend Lancaster family smiles to anybody looking for a good dental office

I had a pleasant experience during my visit, staff were super sweet, doctors very caring and informative. I am glad I was able to get my main situation resolved and didn’t feel any type of judgement by staff or doctors it was very comforting.

I’ve been a long time patient from the previous dentist Dr. G. I must say I was hesitant to come and give the new dentist Dr. Jeong who has taken over this office. I want to add I’m so glad I did she was so sweet and very professional to both myself and my son. The office staff was also amazing unlike how it was previously handled with Dr. G. Dr. G is a great dentist however it was always something with how they scheduled patients and even though you had an appointment you still waited over 30 minutes minimum very unprofessional even to the point that after waiting an hour on the chair all to find out she was not showing up was another disappointment.
