Called Tex-Air, they came out same day after taking local service calls. They traveled over an hour to get us taken care of. After 5!!!! Technician Jim went through all units and got us cooled down! They went over and beyond! I will be putting the word out around Mason TX! Thank you Tex-Air!

Thomas was our tech that came out on Thursday. We couldn’t have asked for better service. He was very professional. He explained everything as he worked. It was a very stressful time because of other issues we were experiencing at our lakehouse and Thomas put my mind at ease. I appreciate him and his commitment to making sure we were taken care of.
