My cat was a patient here before I adopted him, but I need his medical records to file an insurance claim. He was last here as a kitten, ten years ago. The staff was so kind and patient in communicating with me, and helping as they were able. It means the world to me that they responded so quickly and compassionately. Totoro has never had any issues with going to the vet, so I am sure they treated him well enough to make a lasting impression when he was a kitten.
I just wanted to say thank you to the staff this morning that helped us with our baby’s passing. You truly do not know how much it meant to us the care and dignity you gave to Lady. This morning was one of the worst mornings of my life and you really made it easier on us. Lady meant the world to us and we will forever be grateful for yall.
