“our A/C system stopped cooling overnight into saturday morning. As we were scrambling to find service on a weekend we came across Tex Air in Lampasas. we reached out to them and were immediately scheduled for service that same day. Thomas our service technician reached out to us to give us a time frame for his arrival and as he was enroute to us. Bear in mind we live in san saba, not lampasas. he arrived as promised and immediately began to diagnos the issue and got to work. at one point he had to return to lampasas to retrieve a motor and came right back to install and complete the service. at this point inside the house was ove 80 degrees and my wife has copd, making it difficult to breathe. He assured me from the start he ould have the system fixed that day and he did exactly that. He is very much skilled and his customer service was outstanding, before he left he walked me thru the sysytem to ensure everything was working properly, offered some maintenance tips, and assured he would return if needed. Service such as that these days is sadly becoming a rare thing. Thank you Thomas and the Tex Air team for coming to our rescue.”
