Very disappointed with the flowers that we ordered. They were supposed to be all purple. They came out with pink and purple flowers and mostly greenery. And the banner that was put on there the name was misspelled and was supposed to be purple and was white and the card wasn’t even right. Totally would not recommend this company after spending $240+ and not getting anywhere close to what I ordered.

I ordered flowers from here today online for my second mom‘s birthday my friend called in because she was going to order flowers from there also but was treated very poorly and decided to go elsewhere I called to check with the owner because she had not got her flowers yet but the owner told me she had got them at 10:30 so when I called Marv back to see if she got her flowers from me she said no I haven’t so we decided to three-way call the owner and she was very argumentative I had to pull up the order from online and she said she had delivered them but sent the wrong card which she didn’t think was a big deal Marv‘s daughter had called and asked her to fix it and swore at her on the phone the owner got us mixed up thinking it was me so when she went to deliver the correct card for the flowers she was very rude to her and said this is who it’s from you can tear up the other one. She sent me a picture of the flowers and many of them were half dead when I tried to call the floral shop back I could not get through to her because my number had been blocked due to the mixup with the other person being so rude to her I am not happy that I spent $73 on dead flowers and how she was treated but also the fact that the lady didn’t take the time to clarify the situation and attempt to make it right for something that was very specified online with directions of who they were from and who it was going to

Received an arrangement from this business on Friday afternoon and less than 12 hours later most of the flowers and greenery are dead. Messages have been left and no response have been received. Please don't waste your money purchasing flowers from this establishment.

Called FTD flowers who couldn’t deliver until Monday! But Balloons N Baskets on Saturday AM saw I had called, called me back and arranged and delivered carnations roses and many other bright pretty flowers for my 99 year old aunt in the hospital within 45 minutes! She was thrilled. Her daughter added it looked like everything color in the rainbow was included. The balloon had fun design too! I highly recommend this company!!

I was so upset,my Dad passed away Monday evening and friends of the family had bought a flower arrangement from this place for our family. and when the flowers were delivered they were already dieing and we cannot get the owner to answer to replace or refund what the family paid.I will never recommend this place.I wish I could post the picture of them to see how bad they were within a few hours

our family received an arrangement from her after the passing of our dad, it was delivered Friday afternoon and by Saturday several of the flowers were dead. We called to let Sandy know and maybe rectify the situation but unfortunately all we have received are rude comments and no chance of it being fixed.

Very rude customer service . Called from Minnesota for a Mother’s Day arrangement and it was not very nice for the price. $82 bucks and lots of greens only two roses and some daisies (cheapest flowers ) :( disappointed
