Great service and attention to details. Paul explained everything clearly and all the extras he was recommending. We have dogs that shed and house full of boys and he did an excellent job

Once upon a time, I had cream-colored carpet...I could only tell by the tiny spots where my DVD shelf sat. I wanted that color back! Shane was very friendly, provided reasonable recommendations to revive my puppy & hubby-stained carpet back to its original color and removed stains our consumer grade carpet cleaner couldn't tackle. He didn't rush his work, was very transparent with what could be done and seems to have good taste in music :) For a carpet that was laid during the 1st Obama Administration, he did an amazing job! Thanks Shane and Steam Master!

Both Jamie & John made the cleaning experience a pleasant one. Knowing their product in and out, they laid out all of my options w honest recommendations and tough work. Stains were removed from a rug I had given up on saving and with all of the toys, furniture and kids around they were able to get every inch of the job done and in a window of time that didn't disturb the kiddos nap schedule. Hoping to replace the carpets w wood some day, but in the meantime, STM will be my resource for the dog markings, kid accidents and wine spills ;) Much appreciation for the extra sweat labor, guys!
