I hired Discount Roof USA to roof my house last year. They claimed to have completed the job but I noted that they had not replaced a rain cap on one vent and left another vent on the roof tilted at a 45 degree angle. Their salesman corrected these. About a week later, my wife found a rain diverter that their crew had removed from the roof laying in our yard. After multiple calls over a week, I got them to re-install it.Several months later, an AC tech noted that our hot water heater vent duct (in the attic) had been knocked down. Brian and his team were great to work with. They were honest and very thorough. They took their time and carefully assessed the situation and provided a reasonable and cost effective solution.
