We had your company, Sal’s, remove two live oak trees two weeks ago. The crew was supposed to return & remove the roots left behind (that they promised to do when they were here) so we could plant grass.

We’ve waited patiently for you to return to complete the job we paid for. Your guys didn’t show up last weekend as our HOA President, Amanda, had scheduled with Dany.
Then we were told yesterday by Amanda that Dany said they would be here this morning. We had another NO SHOW for the second Saturday in a row.

This afternoon, Amanda called & asked why they were not here, and she was told you weren’t coming because she called you?!?! That doesn’t make sense.

Another neighbor has been waiting as well for their roots to be removed and you were supposed to remove my neighbor’s tree today also.
