My fur baby's love going here Theresa will let you know exactly what your pet needs, I respect that she knows what she is doing. I will not go anywhere where else. I had a emergency with my beloved baby even though she was in surgery candy found another place close by to help my baby. I appreciate everything they do..

Avoid this vet. She barely examined my dog before dismissing the wound, simply saying to see if it heals on its own. She didn’t offer any advice on how to clean or care for it to prevent infection. On top of that, she rushed out, and when I called for follow-up care instructions, she didn’t even answer.

I've never experienced in veterinarian a more unconcerned uncompassionate individual this woman should not be in her field. She looked at my dog no more than 5 minutes not a bit of compassion or concern, walked out had her tech hand me an invoice for over 700 dollars. Not one break down, past history, options alternatives were asked by the vet herself. Very sad to see someone in this line of work with no cares to give. I paid for my five minutes and will seek a real professional veterinary.

My company has business hours. Those are the hours you can expect us to be there. Those are the times you can schedule work to be done. Quite often throughout the week, though, you will find us on the job past those times. We stay late to make sure the customer has what they need. I push dirt to make driveways and playgrounds. This place is a vet clinic. A primary function of their craft is caring for sick and dying animals. They won't stay late, even if it means saving a life. They outright refuse to even try to help in any way whatsoever. The kitten I found abandoned on the roadside of my ranch passed away while driving to a vet much further away. I'm sick to stomach with disappointment.

I can’t say enough good things about Lakehills Veterinary Clinic! They’ve been treating our cat with such care, and Dr. Fuess really went above and beyond recently. I arrived a little later than planned, only to find they had closed early. However, Dr. Fuess was incredibly kind and insisted that I stay so she could prepare our cat’s antibiotic prescription. It’s clear that this clinic cares deeply about both animals and their owners. They are affordable, compassionate, and always put the well-being of pets first. Highly recommend!

We have been coming to this location ever since Dr. Fuess moved to it. She was my dog’s vet in San Antonio & moved out of town. I tried to take my chihuahua to the next veterinarian that was going to be provided, but my chi was not having it. That was when I knew we had to follow Dr. Fuess. She is so knowledgeable, completely kind & caring veterinarian. Since my Chi passed away, we have trusted Dr. Fuess with our next couple of dogs. We do ask questions all the time & the staff here always answer our questions. The prices are average, but the❤️ love ❤️that your pet will receive here is priceless.

I cannot express how wonderful the staff and Dr is here. They are kind, understanding, and have such empathy for clients. Thank you all very much.

Yikes. I came in for a dental consultation on my cat. I brought him in and for the "exam" it was $43. It was a better price than the 2 animal hospitals I called for a consultation and with the 4 1/2 star rating on Yelp. As a former vet tech, I conducted my days with clients thoroughly on appointments and always valued the bedside manners that I seen the veterinarian I worked with; Dr. Fuess came in with no introduction, looked at my cat's mouth and checked his heart rate, that's all the exam consisted of. It took about a minute, not even checking his ears, eyes, skin, ect. I was pissed. The vet tech barely did anything either to ensure I am picking the right place for a pricey procedure. The "estimate" was a joke, with a range of $537-$1237. The tech explained why it was more of a range than an established price, and I was aware he was going to need teeth extraction but I still found it unacceptable, especially after that lack of exam (mind you I drove 30 minutes out too). When I went to check out and pay (in which I was still polite, kept my composure), the receptionist didn't say a word to me after the transaction, not a "thank you" or anything. Certainly not getting his teeth done here. P.S. If you want a nail trim, while the animal is under anesthesia, ya know, cutting the stress and hassle for the tech and animal, will be $19. Ridiculous.

Dr. FUESS was consulted to assess and eye infection in my feral cat. She recommended an oral antiviral that cost me $150. If you have a feral cat you can only imagine how difficult it is to give them a pill. After doing some research I found out there isn’t antiviral medication that can be applied to the eyes. I have not been able to administer the oral medication. I am very disappointed in thispractice especially after a $240 bill, and the bacterial eye gel wasn’t even administered while the cat was sedated

Not happy with this veterinary services. I have been taking my pets there for 3 years. Never seen the same vet twice. Got canceled by vet clinic for being late for an appointment. I have waited on a vet to see my pet and have never walked out because vet was late. I will no longer take my babies to this vet again.
