I had the pleasure of visiting Walmart Vision & Glasses in Lake Worth, Texas this morning, and I was absolutely impressed by the customer service I received. Judith was incredibly kind and patient. She took time to answer all of my questions, offered helpful advice, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. It is rare to encounter such genuine, caring service these days. I truly appreciate her efforts. Even though I made my purchase elsewhere, I will definitely consider coming back for my next pair based on the wonderful experience I had today.

Went to Walmart to get an eye glass repair kit as fix a loose screw. I was looking around clueless and one of the really nice employees in the Vision Center asked if she could help. She showed me the different repair kits and asked what was wrong. I explained the hinge was loose. She asked if she could take a look. In a few minutes came back with my glasses fixed. She had removed the bent screw and replaced it. My glasses fit again. I didn’t buy my last pair of glasses at Walmart, but I will buy my next ones there. Thank you for your kindness.

Daisy was so helpful in getting my contact lenses ordered and making sure all of my insurance information on file was correct. I had just come from another Walmart location where I was told the wrong coverage amount, and was told that I was incorrect because they were using outdated insurance information from 2018. Daisy took the time to carefully verify everything and confirmed the correct benefits. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism!
