My partner and I were in town for a concert and we decided to stop by this Ulta to pick out some new fragrances on Friday 5/8. Penny was working in the fragrance department and she was so kind and helpful! She even let me know I should activate my 5x points on perfume bonus on the app as I was unaware beforehand. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back next time we are in Fort Worth.
