Came in for a sad little broken tooth and loved Dr. Horner and her whole team front to back. Turns out I needed a lot of work on the whole right side. She knocked out top and bottom in no time without pain. The scanner made the crown process so much more pleasant! Thank you everyone!

I have been coming to the office of Lake Worth for years. I don’t recommend getting your teeth cleaned at this location. You ask for fluoride and the dental hygienist is 1 running behind no problem but is menopausal in a bad mood while cleaning your teeth is another. I am always asked if I want fluoride I say yes. This time I was not sure if I got fluoride since I was one hour and a half inside and no X-rays were done. I called 5 months later to reschedule my appointment and happen to ask if I got fluoride 5 months ago. The staff responded, the provider put here patient declined. I was not aware and the front desk did not let me know no fluoride was done. In other words because the provider was already running behind and in a bad mood she put down in her paper work I the patient declined. It took this office 2 years to hire another dental hygienist.. that should tell you something…

This facility has multiple red flags and I do not recommend using them.
First, my name was incorrectly recorded and after my first visit with X-rays and exam, I was informed that I had severe degradation of my teeth and require 4 fillings— 1 for a cavity and 3 for degraded enamel. I was given a bill for almost 4,000$ and was told that my insurance is “very good” and out of pocket cost is only 700$. My name was still spelled incorrectly on this bill despite correcting it at the beginning of my appointment when filling out new patient paperwork. I was not given a cleaning.
I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and fluoride treatment and was told it will be $115. I asked about the fact that my insurance coverage should have a $0 copay and they told me my cost was $115. I called my insurance and they rectified the situation and stated that the $0 copay is correct. I called back to make an appointment and the office stated I could not opt out of the $50 oral care screening which is a part of their treatment plan. At this point, I felt that there was too much dishonesty to move forward and decided to seek a second opinion. Based on my interactions with this company it is clear that they monopolize on as many charges as possible and for treatment that is not necessary.

Dr. Deepak C. N. is an exceptional periodontist. I was impressed by his attention to detail and the modern approach he takes to patient care. He answered all my questions clearly and developed a treatment plan that felt personalized and effective. The staff is also wonderful and very organized. Highly professional and highly recommended for anyone needing specialized dental care.

I’ve been coming to this dental office for over 7 years mainly because of convenience and loyalty, and my whole family also receives care here. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing enough that I’ve decided to leave.
The orthodontist is the one bright spot—he is professional, kind, and does a great job. I truly wish he had his own office.
However, the front office staff and especially the orthodontic manager/supervisor have been consistently rude and unhelpful, which has made visits stressful and unpleasant. It’s really disappointing to see such poor customer service overshadow the quality of care from the orthodontist.
