I came in last week and honestly I really don't care who does my hair I normally just get a trim and keep my layers. Well last week the lady that did it did such an awful job I was so upset. She cut off chunks of my top layer and left the bottom so long and it was weirdly extra long in the back and not even. I came in today (I wish I got the stylist name, dark hair with an undercut) and the stylist that was there was able to fix it to the best of her abilities. She warned me that it was going to be shorter then I wanted to fix the layers but it came out really cute.
