My little Yorkie was well taken care of while there, but the cut was definitely NOT what I had asked for. I emailed a picture, stood there and discussed what I did and didn't want. When I went back to pick her up, I didn't recognize her. The long hair on her legs were shaved. I made it clear not to do that. Her face wasn't full, but shaved down. Truth was, she was given a summer cut and that is not what she should have gotten. I paid my $$, cried all the way home and have waited almost 2 weeks before posting this review. I just can't get it off my mind. They may do a good job on some dogs, but we won't be back.

I took my not-so-friendly long haired feral cat in for grooming and despite being bitten more than once, the owner made him beautiful! He's so soft and clean and Pettable! I would highly recommend this pet spa.
