I came in and checked in through the Kioske as a walk-in. They were not busy, so I was taken in 5 minutes. They offered the VIP treatment. It wasn't too bad. Hot towel on face, shampoo, and scalp massage. Then, a shoulder massage with a machine. All in all, it was a good experience, only issue, and kind of minor. She never asked me if I liked my cut. But it was good so no complaints. I will come back.

Michelle is extremely personable and a true master barber! I’ve never had a bad haircut from her, and I’ve been coming to her for a year now. She always delivers excellent service and attention to detail

Different from the quality of service in the Houston area, quality of cuts nonetheless. Still good if you pick the right barber as well, some are more friendly than others so that's the hard part to find but the 3 that have cut my hair, have seemed to do a good job and one of those three was very nice and friendly
