As a business Manager, I have had the pleasure of working with many of the Technicians, as well as the office team at Prather and Harlan! Every encounter has been a pleasant one. The ladies in the office are super friendly and quick to get my call to the correct person and get a technician out to me! Highly recommended!

Our ac went out called Prather and Harlan A/C came right out within an hour got running and told us what we needed,got parts ordered. The crew came out today 7/25/2023 installed the new unit in four hours!! Fantastic and professional group of guys. Thank you Carl and crew also Prather and Harlan for a job well done!! Will recommend you to our family and friends.

Motor went out on the outside A/C unit (it's only May but it's hot already - it was 86 inside the house almost as soon as the a/c went out). Prather & Harlan came out within a few hours of me calling. The tech, Archie, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly, just had to wait on the part, no fault of the company. They called first thing the next day and beat me to the house - was almost finished outside by the time I got there to turn everything on inside. Charged a fair price and I paid exactly what I was quoted. A/C is once again cooling the house!
