my experience today with Felicia was absolutely a blessing! from the very beginning to the very end and everything in between was so heavenly she also gave me a massage while in the chair and wrapped my head in a hot towel at the bowl she took her time with me and I am definitely recommending her 10/10!!!!! she's awesome y'all!

I had been feeling so frumpy, insecure, and blehh. My hair was long overdue for some TLC. I got my hair done for the first time in two years. Felicia is wonderful. If you want an experienced and fantastic colourist, she's the one to see. The ambiance in her shop is so relaxing. And she makes sure if you need anything, it's there or she'll get it for you. I can't say enough wonderful things about Felicia...go and experience it for yourself. I almost feel like I've had a spa day every time I leave.

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional, I made a appointment to have my makeup done for a huge event and the night before at 8:00 pm she TEXTED me that she had to cancel the appointment due to her child being sick. I get that I have a child of my own, but won’t I don’t get is how I texted back well do you atleast know anyone in the area that could possibly do it because we’re new to the area and don’t know anyone around, and I couldn’t even get a lousy text back. So at 8:30 pm last night when everything is closed I have to rush and beg someone to see if there were able to make a fast appointment with me today. And thank gosh someone was able to. So if you’re looking for reliability and someone you can count on , I recommend you search else where.

Today was my first time visiting House Of Beauty and let me tell you!!! Felicia is AMAZING! Her extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched. She took her time and treated me very well, was super honest (a big plus for me) and told me what she recommended and the outcome was perfect! I loved every bit of my experience with Felicia. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. She’s so skilled and so sweet. She will be the only one that I will trust to properly deal with my hair from now on. Highly recommend!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going to Felicia since I was 16. She has always done a fantastic job on my hair, and I’ve never left her chair disappointed. Not only that, but Felicia treats you as if you’re a family member to her and not a client. Doesn’t get much better than that! Highly highly recommend!!!

Amazing.. Felicia took me in as a new client. And I was nervous trying someone new. But immediately she was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rush she didn’t double book me. And was so awesome in the job I needed done and not damaging my hair. She explained everything she was going to do. No rush. And my hair feels and looks amazing.. very pleased. Thank you ma’am.. any wait to see what the future holds for us..definitely a blessing
