I enjoy walking into Beauty and the Belle and being greeted with friendly smiles. They have a lovely sitting area where you can help yourself with drinks. Ensure you arrive before your appointment to check out the unique boutique items. Each stylist is genuinely talented. Thank you, Hailey, for providing top-notch services. As she says, "Your hair will look too good to stay in!"

I had my appointment with hailey and from the moment I walked in she made me feel so comfortable! I came in for a cut and balayage. I showed her a couple inspo pictures and she asked a bunch of questions to make sure we were on the same page. She was so nice and friendly. My hair turned out exactly how I was wanting. I’m obsessed with it!

DO NOT BOOK WITH (HAILEY)IG: @hair.byhayyShe left my hair crooked and did NOT give me the long layers nor face framing that I asked for at all. She didn’t do anything to my hair as I was told by another hairstylist that I went to that fixed my hair. I still got charged $45 for it and she did not wash nor style my hair either that day due to her saying (she didn't have enough time for it) I was 12 minutes late so she says, she also did not give out specific instructions as to where exactly she rents her booth out of which made me waste so much more time trying to find her location in the parking lot. I reached out to her multiple times to let her know I was running a bit late, it was super hard to get ahold of her as well that day. She said to me in a call that we had later that same day, that she has a grace period of 10 minutes for clients after those 10 minutes she said she usually cancels the appointment as she was blaming me for not having enough time for my service which I was willing to pay the full $6o that she charges for a haircut service. I never saw that policy ANYWHERE because it doesn't exist! I left extremely disappointed. Worst experience ever!Save your money and time and go with a highly skilled stylist with better customer service ladies! If you’re a skin colored person like I am I would suggest to go somewhere else, as her priority was a white woman that she was working on her hair passed my appointment time when I walked in. That lady had foils in her hair and it was super clear to me that she was her main priority to take care of NOT ME. When I finally got ahold of her on the phone before arriving she never mentioned the grace period nor her not being able to do the full service. She told me it was ok so that’s why I still arrived to my appointment. Book with anyone else but her!!! ???? ????
