Booked an appointment online and got a call immediately they said that the time slot was full if I could do it later in the day I said yes that will be fine Then I proceeded to ask what would be the likelihood of me being seen that day and they were actually able to get me in with Tyler. I expressed my concerns as I'm a platinum blonde and my hair likes to pull warm and when toned it likes to pull the grayish purple tints of tone that they need to keep an eye on that. She did very good. I'm still a blonde with no orange and yellow tints or darker grayish purple color from tone so she did very good with the blonde.

I did cancel last min, I did reach out, yes 15 min before my appointment. The response could have been a little more professional. I apologized for any inconvenience I may have caused because they have a job to do and bills to pay. I am completely at fault and I’m sure there is a cancellation fee, but this is not how you talk to people. I got my haircut last week and Tyler did great. But I can’t and I won’t support a business with this much sass

Lindsay is the most amazing stylist I’ve ever had! She’s cut my hair and my sisters’ hair and it is always wonderful. The vibe is so relaxed in the salon. It is so charming and sleek and clean. Lindsay also makes the best hair product recommendations and really knows her stuff 💖💖💖 this is the only place I trust. I cannot recommend Freestyle enough. Getting my daughter’s hair done too and she is so excited!

I had a multi-appointment with Mari and Lindsey for multiple processes. Color correction, Brazilian blow out, extension and a lot more. To say I wasn’t scared was an understatement. I went in with very fragile, thin hair. They both were very knowledgeable on their profession and made me feel like I was in good hands the entire time. I came in nervous and left in tears when I got into my vehicle (good tears of course). My hair is AMAZING. It feels healthy and back on track.
Lindsey is a hair Guru so if you want honesty and true help she’s your lady. Mari- a true heart and so much talent with extensions.
Thank you ladies for keeping me sane through the whole process. ❤️

Called for a simple haircut and was quoted 65$!! That is absolutely ridiculous for just a haircut! If you didnt want to take me in, then say that. Don’t overcharge people!!
