“Go see Dr. Shim for TMJ, poor circulation, stress, poor sleepI originally started going to Dr. Shim for my TMJ but I have benefitted in many ways. After seeing Dr. Shim my TMJ pain is almost non-existent. I still can not open my mouth wide but headaches and neck aches are now mild. I suffered from cold intolerance and now my circulation is great! I don't need socks in bed anymore and I am not cold all the time. I don't feel like I am freezing in public settings anymore. I have had trauma and had EMDR but I still had elevated stress levels but now my baseline stress level is zero! Before seeing Dr. Shim, I felt like I just could not get comfortable in my bed at night, I don't know if it was the spinal decompression or the acupuncture but now I find my bed feels more comfortable and my sleep has improved.“

“Dr. Elizabeth Marrero is fantastic! From the first appointment through the end of my 4th appointment she treated me with kindness, compassion and respect. Elizabeth made me feel comfort right away and explained every intention throughout the examination and treatment. I have never had to go through PT before so I was a little nervous at first but she made me feel right at ease and paused along the way to ask if I had any questions. By the end of my 4th appointment I felt like I was just catching up with a friend! I learned so much about plantar fasciitis and I was back in the gym walking on incline comfortably in hardly no time at all.I also saw Jonathan Vu to go over exercises during treatment. He helped me so much! I liked that we went over the exercises in person and he made sure I was doing them correctly. He was able to send me videos that were pinned to my profile on their app. These videos were so very helpful because by the time I would get home I had already forgotten what to do. Now that treatment is complete, I still have access to the app and all of the videos, so convenient.My experience with Airrosti was nothing short of fantastic. Booking appointments was very easy. I appreciate that Elizabeth would also text me to check in on how I was doing. Using the app is easy and helpful. I highly recommend the Flower Mound location! “To be honest, even though my wife and several of our kids have benefited from chiropractic care, I have always been skeptical. But two months ago I somehow injured my lower back, having never had any back issues before. I was in such severe pain for three days that I could barely move. On a Monday morning I told my wife I needed a doctor. She pointed out, rightly, that if I went to a regular doctor, they would likely give me some medication and tell me to take it easy. I knew she was right, so I called Regenesys. I was in the office two hours later, and after x-rays and an in-person meeting with Dr. McClellan, I was on the table getting cold laser, electrical stimulation, spinal decompression, and of course chiro adjustments from Dr. M. Within that first week I felt tremendous improvement. Now I am nearing the end of my intense treatment, and I'm pain-free. But I also have tools in my back pocket for making sure my back stays strong. I want to thank Dr. McClellan for the adjustments and education, and also Mr. Mike for motivating me in the physical therapy that has been so important.
