“I’ve been to KNN Nails a few times and it’s been an okay experience overall. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean, but I’ve had a hard time getting in—they’re often fully booked when I try to go. The pedicure menu could use a little refresh; some of the higher-end options just don’t feel all that appealing. That said, they do a good job with the basics, and I’ve been happy with my results when I’ve gone.“

Mary Kate asked me questions to get to know my skin, preferences, and priorities, and delivered a deeply relaxing facial that has me glowing days later.
