I reached out to GC Plumbing to get a quote for a soft water system install. When I called to inquire about booking a consultation, I appreciated that they were easy to contact and readily available. What seemed odd to me was the over-the-phone disclaimer for charges.. a $98 service fee regardless of the outcome of the consultation. I took some time to clarify whether I understood correctly to ensure I didn't end up with a surprise invoice if I didn't sign an agreement with them. I was able to confirm I wouldn't be liable, so I kept the appointment.

I just called yesterday. They were out at 10 the next morning. Problem was fixed very quickly at a great price. The plumber, John, and his apprentice were courteous and very professional. This is now my go to plumbing company. Thank you! Great service is hard to find. I’m glad it still exist.

Wow, what a great company! Seth Williams was very professional, explained things very well and worked hard at the PRV repair I needed. I am a senior, and never had such high quality plumbing service: highly recommend!
