Very unprofessional, argumentative and unwilling to advertise truthfully and deliver an acceptable product comparable to what they’ve been paid for. Continued to repeat that I just couldn’t “comprehend” that the website falsely depicts the quality of the product to being much higher and they can’t afford to give what is being advertised for the price advertised. Take the money and deliver a fraction of the quality promised saying it’s not their fault, it’s the website they use who is dishonest so it’s not their problem.
If you’re aware of the problem and have had numerous complaints about it before (which you acknowledged to be true) and you still choose to utilize a service that results in a false representation of your product, you are absolutely complicit in the lie. Clearly it’s YOU who cannot understand the cost of business if you fail to properly budget for your own overhead during the “more expensive holiday season” and instead deliver a fraction of the product promised so that the cost is instead transferred to your customer who is trusting you with their business. So yes, “I’m one of those people” who will never be ok with your false advertising.

My brother, so sweetly sent flowers for easter, however he would have been horrified to see what I recieved!! All flowers were wilted, and by the end of the day the pedals had literally fallen off. I wasn't happy at all, and these flowers were totally overtired! I called and complained, whoever answered acted irritated with me but did offer a new bouquet for tomorrow....I wouldn't recommend this florist..

My boyfriend is stationed overseas and decided to surprise me with flowers. I was very surprised to see the bouquet upon answering a knock at my door. However, I was immediately disappointed at the fact that the flowers were already wilted. Soon after, I contacted the florist to communicate my dissatisfaction and requested that he be refunded. The representative that I spoke to was a bit rude stating that they’d just send someone back to my home to get the flowers, but my BF would need to request a refund online minus the delivery fee. I concurred and the driver returned as discussed. Please be aware of the fact that some online floral sites do not allow you to choose your choice of florists in a given area. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this shop.

My husband ordered my favorite flowers in a vase for our anniversary. They were supposed to be Stargazer Lillies. They were some other kind of Lilly that was spray painted pink. I hope they make a better effort to get flowers orders correct. We will never use them again.

This place is not worth your time, effort, or money. I ordered online and very specific put that I was ordering for a student at the high school in the order. They never bothered to call me on Valentine’s Day to tell me that it is not allowed at the school. They were very rude and said they never charged my card but my card was charged and they said it was not them and pretty much I had to call teleflora myself and handle it. They knew the school rules. I didn’t and they never bothered to call me at all to tell me they canceled my order so my son’s girlfriend got nothing for Valentine’s Day. This shop is absolutely not worth your money- go somewhere else!!!!!

Ordered flowers to be delivered since it was my mother in-law’s birthday today and we wanted her to have flowers by her ashes since she got flowers from us every year. However, I never received a confirmation on the flowers being delivered, but received confirmation of payment.
