Our a/c quit last night around midnight - I called Murray A/C this morning and Josh came by - he promptly diagnosed the problem, got our a/c up and running (on a temporary basis), until the parts come in. We so appreciated the friendly, prompt, professional manner in way this 'emergency' (to us, anyway as we are old!) was handled. You've made a new customer out of us......thank you - gotta love the 'small town' feel of LaVernia, and it's businesses.

I cant stress how amazing this company is. Jason was extremely confident in his work and got my ac back up and running in less than an hour. Definitely recommend Murray AC for any work that you may need on your unit.

They are absolutely amazing and very nice. I called after 5pm or 6pm and with 10 minutes someone was calling to schedule to come out and fix. The tech Jason was going to come out that night but had to come next morning. When I said he went above and beyond, that's an understatement. He told me about both systems and a computer thing I have on tip of one that cleans air. Told exactly what issue was and explained it was us not being told about suctioning pipes that come off AC that lead to issue. Educated me on how all works and importance of keeping them vacuumed out. Showed where hose of one came off of pipe under sink in laundry room, which we wondered why it was... read full review
