Sevices depend on difficulty and what the company is trying to figure out, and complaints about pricing is just about parts which Amazon always has cheap pool parts while they get their supplies from high quality companies but they can compete in terms of chemicals and service
Leslie is awesome and always helpful. She really understands the pool chemistry and water makeup in the area and usually knows exactly what advice to give without even doing a water test! You can tell she really knows her stuff. Super friendly staff too!
