Jose kept me informed of his arrival time. He was very polite, introduced himself and kept me updated on what was done on my HVAC, gave me a price to fix what was needed and let me know when the work was completed. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. Would definately use Jose again.
GVEC technician Justin Cook was very courteous and knowledgeable. He came because our unit would not come on and identified the issue and explained what caused it and also gave us tips on if it happens again how to resolve the issue.
