I had a big toenail that fell off a few years ago and grew back with an extreme arch. One of the older women that work here told me that using acrylic on it would help it flatten out. It was working. One side is flattened out a lot. I went in to have my nails done and explained the situation to a young male tech. He spoke very good English, so nothing was lost in translation. I told him what the woman had told me, but that I couldn’t remember who she was except that she was older. He responded with “Well, if she was here, then she could do it.” And kept insisting that I didn’t need the acrylic. I love it there, they are very professional, they do exactly what you want or at least they get really close to what you want. They all do a really awesome job and it’s better if they book you in advance so everyone feels comfortable and it’s never packed of people.
