Diamond Back is a great company with great staff, whether in the office or in the field. Service is prompt, friendly, and highly professional. They even set us up with a complimentary portable A/C unit so that we at least had one comfortable room while they were waiting for our parts to arrive. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Diamondback AC was on the job within 4 hours of my call. In this Texas heat every minute counts. They diagnosed the issue and made the repairs very quickly. I was very impressed with their work and their pricing. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to refer them to friends and family. Thanks again!
First thing to commend is the excellent communication from initiating the call to final contact with our technician. They made sure that they had a time that worked for our schedule. They asked if there happen to be any cancellations would we be willing to have an earlier appointment. Then they called to let us know that they had a technician on the way. The technician also called to let us know he would be there in 20 minutes.
