Texcellent was referred to me by a neighbor. My AC went out at 6pm. I called the office and he walked me through a few troubleshooting ideas over the phone and said they could come out now, but I opted for the next morning appointment between 10am-12pm. The technician arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose and find the broken piece of equipment. The technician Jesus was friendly and answered all my questions. I appreciate that he reviewed my system in the attic. I will use them again for future services and annual inspections to prevent breakdowns.
I will definitely be using their services again if I ever have a problem with my air-conditioning unit! They came out in the middle of the night and fixed it within 30 minutes. They were honest, fast, and reasonable.
Troy was excellent. He explained very well what was needed for preventative maintenance to keep our A/C unit in as good condition to extend its life. The cost was most reasonable.
