She makes me very comfortable to the point where when she’s doing my fingers my hands don’t even sweat anymore. This was my first time at Kim Nails. I had a very enjoyable experience, and was also pleased with the way I was treated by everyone there. I think the prices are quite reasonable, too. I will definitely go back, and will be recommending them to everyone.

I’m new to this salon, I had the same nail tech the only two times I visited..I liked her nail art...When I tried to make my appt, requesting this tech, my request couldn’t be accommodated on the spot..I was asked to call back the next day…So I simply requested a date/time of service..On my day/time of service, even though the tech I requested was there, and not busy with a customer, she didn’t come up to greet me /take me to chairs to give me my pedicure..Instead, I ended up being treated like a walk in, a different tech worked on my feet.My only problem with this business is that it seems we can’t make appointments ahead of time with certain aestheticians/nail...read full review
