Rebecca is the only one my 11 yr old will let cut his hair. He has been butchered too many times to trust easy. She has taken great care in listening to what he wants and he always leaves smiling. Also, the times we have been there, noticed they are so nice and patient with people with special needs. Kudos to all the staff with their care & patience.

Kevin is the absolute best hair dresser. The whole staff was very nice.I had gone to the Pearland store the night before. It was late but had hoped to get haircut from Kevin. When I realized it would be too late for Ke in to get to me ,I waited until Kevin was finished with his current client to let him know that I would go to Spencer location the next day. While I was waiting the other hairdresser, a female, was giving me unpleasant looksThen when a customer came in and asked if it was too late to get a haircut, the hairdresser stated' No, O have to wait while there are people waiting for him( Kevin), and I have to work all day tomorrow. Love, love this place. No will ever cut my hair but these girls here. Doesn't matter which one they are all very professional. Walks in welcome or reserve a spot with the app. Just a few fresh cut examples across the years. Grandson too.
