They were fast, clean, and professional. Great service, please do not send anybody out here to my house but Wendell and Glenn, they would not leave until it was fixed. They admitted to their install mistakes and fixed or added the missing items. They did a good job.
Had AC serviced on 02/27/2023. Second time tech Omar performed service on mu system. Very thorough and knowledgeable tech. Highly recommend this guy for your service needs.

Re: 2022 Lennox AC installation Our first Finch AC purchase was a Carrier unit in July 2010. We’ve maintained service thru Finch ever since & still have the $14 monthly plan. Finch’s service has always been great! Our new Lennox installation began Oct.13 & was completed Oct.15,2022, after troubleshooting required replacement of an original defective Lennox motherboard. We appreciate the consideration & overall work ethic of your crew of guys! Always polite & empathetic of our concerns. Among them were Omar*, Sergio, Chase*, Lorenzo*, Dylan*, Daniel & Eric. Sorry I can’t recall everyone. Thanks to Finch for the prompt response when we needed help & thanks to the guys for all the hard work! Jack & Pat PARKINSON
